• Removed ranked-based limits on wing joining (juniors and AdmofA00 rule)
  
  
• Wing Creation Fee becomes Wing Creation Bonus
  instead of paying 100k, you receive ONE MILLION CREDITS when creating a wing!
  
  
• Removed Minimum Cash requirement for Wing Creation
  * even with negative saldo you can still create a wing
  
  
• Commander Hourly Bonus Payment increased from 5000 to 10000 credits
  
  
  
• Infrastructure: maximum buildings of same type per sector from 100 to 50
  * does not apply to existing builds of pre-update wings (ie. no structures destroyed by update)
  
  
• Infrastructure: Command Center
  Build Cost decreased to 6000
  
  
• Infrastructure: Residence
  Build Cost increased to 3000
  Kill credit increased to 500
  Kill experience points increased to 300
  
  
• Infrastructure: Highway
  Build Cost increased to 4000
  Kill experience points increased to 350
  
  
  
• Defensive Structure Prices decreased to 10% of normal cost.
  
  
  
• Rank Requirement for Wing Officers: From 2nd LT to AB
