Small update:

Bugs Fixed:
- Fixed: abdication time affect did not reset if wing is destroyed
- Fixed: incentive payment bug
- Fixed: slashes in contents forum reply after language warning
- Fixed: previously applied cockpit fixes made permanent
Changed Settings:
- Regular/Expert servers: Infrastructure: maximum buildings of same type per sector from 150/200 to 100
- abdication time affect: Ex-CO cannot leave wing changed from 48 hours to 24 hours

Undone Weekend Warrior changes:
- Infrastructure prices, credits, points reverted to standard
- Defence Net prices reverted to standard
- Rank Requirement for Wing Officers to 2nd LT again
Retained Weekend Warrior changes:
- Removed ranked-based limits on wing joining (juniors and AdmofA00 rule)
  ** this means that if wings are full, new players have to create to play, please help them by joining the wing so they are not alone **
- Infrastructure: maximum buildings of same type per sector from 100 to 50
- Wing Creation Fee becomes Wing Creation Bonus of 1,000,000 credits
- Removed Minimum Cash requirement for Wing Creation
- Commander Hourly Bonus Payment increased from 5,000 to 10,000 credits
- Minimum protection time for new wings is 1 hour.
New changes:
- New Characters receive more seed credits.
- Equipment breaking can only occur if damage is more than 100 (instead of 50)

All of the above changes to Inchon are also applied to Newbie server:
- other differences between Inchon/Newbie still apply

Sep 29, 2012. Cockpit autoscroll in Chrome fixed

Cockpit news autoscroll was not working in Chrome browser.
Raised news frame for so that page url/status does not overlay latest combat news msg in browsers without static status bar (latest generation browsers)

Please report to bug@area00.com if it now causes issues in other browsers.

To be fixed later: in Opera the cockpit News page background turns white (the messages do have black background)

Fix: bug causing repair of an item already under repairs to pay fee again and reset repair time. (bug reported by november)
Fix: for Texas show correct error message when User Server is down.
New: list "Today's Pilots" to show all players online in past 24 hours.
New: players get game message when the new issue of the Area00 Newsletter is available.
... some more preparations for what is coming soon.

Fix: Korea was not updated for the change from two to one week account age for character creation (reported by airstrike)

Active Wing Radar
wing radar actively scans airspace / automatically refreshes data

Account Management screen shows characters on the different gameservers
For Guardian Only: rename existing characters once per year, from account management screen
* with valid guardian ticket

New Accounts can create characters on non-newbie gameservers after ONE week, instead of TWO weeks

Ally Color changed to different tint of green
* to increase distinction between bogey and ally color.

Report to Staff link for messages has been moved
* to avoid misclicks: reporting instead of deletion
