- Medal Fixes/Changes:
- Fixed: Wrong medal named in news upon award of Medal of Organizational Excellence
- Fixed: Spelling errors in various hard-coded medal names
- Note regarding new medal suggestions: adding new medals first requires a structural change, this will be developed in next version.
- ECM/EW Fixes:
More generally applicable:
- Aircraft Status page now shows set ECM/EW Bands of equipped jammers
- ECM: When a "example" mission armament set has same ECM jammer as already equipped on the station, keep channel setting.
- EW Fixes:
Following applies to Barbarossa only, as EA-6B Prowler / EA-18G Growler are only on Barbarossa for now:
- EW / ALQ-99: When armament with multiple ALQ-99s is loaded, the newly equipped
ALQ-99s on the other stations will now default to a Band that is not already selected by an ALQ-99 on another station.
Unless the ALQ-99 was already equipped, set to a Band.
For this, the above mentioned change for ECM/EW jammer in "example mission arming" equipping was needed.
- EW / ALQ-99: Fixed issue where re-arming ALQ-99s would result in Band 2,4 while two or more ALQ-99 jammers were loaded on Band 1,3 respectively,
which could then not be resolved with changing channels due to the misalignment between aircraft and jammers' channels
and a check to prevent multiple jammers on same Band.
- EW / ALQ-99: Multiple ALQ-99s on same band is now allowed, but concurrently this has no added value yet in the game.
EW / ALQ-99: If a 5th ALQ-99 jammer is loaded, it defaults to Band 1. Having a fifth jammer equipped
currently has no added value yet in the game, it is there for loadout options only.
- Note about EW ALQ-99 arming:
Save1/Save2/Save3 armament does NOT save channel settings.
This is not currently in the design, but loading Saved armament does not reset your own band settings.
- If you have a EA-6B or EA-18G with "messed up" EW Bands/ALQ-99 Channel settings, you can now see on the Aircraft Status page if the issue is resolved
after removing the ALQ-99s and reload them on the Armament page.
- McCoy Planes:
- Changed: List order can be set ascending/descending. When list is sorted by any of the specs, the default order is descending. When sorted by role, name, price, the default order is ascending.
- Other Fixes of reported issues:
- Fixed: Missing word spacing in "Congratulation on creating your wing message", and some other hard-coded messages.
- When Guardian status is changed from Small Guardian to Guardian or vice versa, Guardian-only aircraft are NOT sold by system. System only sells Guardian aircraft when account is updated with neither status.
- Changes to aircraft in Test - Barbarossa only:
- Changed: Sukhoi T-50 (PAK-FA program) received official designation Su-57, NATO/ASCC code (reportedly) is Felon: Aircraft name in game updated accordingly.

General

Infrastructure
- NEW: Construction Time: 3 seconds per building in each sector:
- buildings under construction are shown with (+number) on the infrastructure page
- buildings still under construction can not be bombed / not on radar and do not count as infra, when all constructed building are destroyed the wing dies
- build order for the different building types is always First Bought = First Finished, per sector
* this is to reduce 'instant full-infra rebuilds' of bombed down wing, or keeping a wing alive with single-sector rebuilds. The construction time is short and over all sectors.
This is to ensure wings can still be saved from minor attack, and runway can be completed to take-off to defend/counter-attack.
- Notice: Destruct will first be deducted from the buildings still under construction (* no refund)
- Fixed: after construct/destruct command, same sector will now be preselected
- Changed: Defense Officer can build in every sector without having to change his own defensive disposition
Defense Network
- Notice: surface-to-air defenses do not have a construction time, as they are bought and deployed from the Factories
- Fixed: after buy/remove command, same deployment sector will now be preselected
- Computer Planes: increased HP
Wing Management
- CO/VCO Office: block/unblock dismissed pilot from joining
- CO Office: hide protection time countdown shown in the Wing Office

Flying/Combat
- Changed: Dogfight Rule From 48 hour to 24 hour period and Experience points are deducted by 10% per fight
* you get to zero exp after 10th kill in 24 hours, instead of 4th kill in 48 hours
- Changed: Fire Delay for unguided the 2 seconds delay between Fire commands will not apply when firing/releasing unguided weapons: Gun in salvo or releasing General Purpose Bombs (GPB)
- Changed: Emergency Landings aircraft may get damaged/destroyed when landing with damaged engine(s), or when landing without a runway
* and already: landing without fuel
- New: always consuming fuel according to FCR fuel is consumed while in the air, even while staying in sector
- New: buddy refueling (wingman, allies)
- Change: air-to-surface damage formula against targets of mobile type (tanks/trucks/air defenses)
bombs had same effect as against static type targets
* due to small hitpoints of these targets, this change has little consequence in most cases
